TERMS & CONDITIONS

The Company (Power of Voice Academy) agrees to provide the programme and the clients agree to abide by all policies and procedures as outlined in this agreement as a condition of their participation in the programme.

 

By purchasing Products through this site, you are agreeing to these terms and entering into a contract with Power Of Voice Academy. www.powerofvoiceacademy.com. 

 

The client understands that the Company is not an agent, publicist, accountant, financial planner, lawyer, therapist, or other licensed professional. Coaching may address overall general strategies and goals related to business and more specifically to utilise speaking in and as a business.

 

All products and  advice are provided “as is”  with no warranties or indemnities as to its appropriateness for your particular situation. You may not publish or share the Products or your login details with anyone else. 

The client recognise and agree that we have made no implications, warranties, promises, suggestions, projections, representations or guarantees whatsoever to you about future prospects, earning or speaking opportunities, or that you will earn any money with respect to your working with Khalila or purchase of powerofvoiceacademy.com products, and that we have not authorised any such projection, promise, or representation by others. 

 

The Company confirms client personal details will be kept confidential, as permissible by law.

 

PAYMENT & REFUND POLICY

If making a monthly payment, the client is bound to make each instalment on its rightful due date. The student is responsible for full payment of the fees for the entire programme, including future payments if using the instalment option, regardless if the programme is completed by the client or not. Failing to do so and not making  the payment in time, will be considered a breach of contract. 

The company reserves the right to suspend access to the programme and in the worst case, take legal action.

By signing this contract you agree to pay all your instalments on time. If a suspension is taking place you understand that no refund is given, and you will still be bound by these terms.

 

You are not permitted to contact your bank, credit card provider or payment processor (such as, but not limited to, stripe or Paypal) to ask for a refund or chargeback or mark payment you made as fraudulent. This is a contradiction of the truth of our agreement.

Due to the nature of the programme, our policy is not to offer refunds or cancellations on Products unless sessions are unable to be delivered by Power Of Voice Academy, in which case the appropriate refund will be issued and products revoked, Group sessions can not be changed if you are unable to attend. 

 

CONFIDENTIALITY AND NON DISCLOSURE

The term “Products' ' refers to videos and online training/learning content, coaching or consulting delivered by Power Of Voice Academy. 

 

If you have been given access to products from powerofvoiceacademy.com. You may not publish or share the Products or your login details with anyone else. 

The company retains intellectual property rights and ownership on all materials and training related to this programme. The client agrees to access these materials solely for your personal use in your own business and speaking career. 

Agreeing and purchasing this product, indicated that the Client and Company are in agreement with the above and fully understand the commitment  and nature of the programme provided.
